The work of a successful Cursillo Movement in a diocese requires coordination from a small group of clergy and laity who see themselves as being of service to the whole Movement. The secretariat is responsible for all of the aspects of the Cursillo, including the School of Leaders, Precursillo, 3-Day Cursillo, Postcursillo, a treasurer, a secretary, a Lay Director, and the Spiritual Advisor.
